Question have you heard why Brett Butler is not coming back as Mobiles Mgr?

People move on for various reasons. It could be health-related since Butler had a heart attack last summer. He could have decided to spend more time with his family. He could have gotten a better baseball opportunity. Not sure which, but I'll let you know if I hear.

Found where Brett is this year.
Former BayBears manager Brett Butler, who has been named the Diamondbacks' minor league coordinator for outfielders and baserunning, will be in Mobile for that homestand, his first return to the city since leaving before the end of last season to recuperate from a mild stroke.
