Former Rays pick heads to Indians

Outfielder LeVon Washington, who didn't sign last year after the Rays took him 30th overall, dropped a few spots this year. Washington went 55th to the Indians after a season at Chipola (Fla.) Junior College. Washington's dad played at Tuskegee.
