Seddon grabs PCL pitching honors

Chris Seddon, two-time Opening Day starter for the Biscuits, won the Pacific Coast League's pitching award. The left-hander's 13 shutout innings include six hits and 10 strikeouts. He's yet to factor in a decision for the Tacoma Rainiers.
