Matulia, Reid sent back to Bulls

Outfielder John Matulia and relief pitcher Ryan Reid, who have spent time this season at Triple-A Durham, have been promoted back to the Bulls. Pitcher Paul Phillips has been activated from the disabled list (hamstring).
