Durham's MVP sent off to Indians

Russ Canzler, the International League MVP last year who was designated for assignment last week by the Rays, has been shipped to Cleveland in exchange for cash. He moved off Tampa Bay's roster when the Rays signed infielder Jeff Keppinger.
