Quate off DL, back with Biscuits

Reliever Zach Quate, who hasn't played this season while recovering from elbow surgery, has been activated by the Biscuits. The right-hander was 4-6 with 20 saves and a 4.68 ERA in 49 appearances last year for Montgomery.
