The Rays have 135 players in their minor-league camp, which opened this week at the Naimoli Complex in St. Petersburg, Fla. Tampa Bay graciously sent me a roster and it includes 71 pitchers, 14 catchers, 28 infielders, 20 outfielders and two rehabs.
Of the players who were with the Biscuits for last year's playoffs, eight are in the Rays' major-league camp.
Tim Corcoran has moved on to the Marlins and Evan Meek is in major-league camp with Pittsburgh. Brooks Badeaux, Aaron Sisk and Tony Peguero aren't on the roster and I'm not sure where they are.
I'll get more in-depth later.
