With a $220,000 final quarterly payment to the city, the Biscuits totaled a franchise-low $622,957 in rent for the 2008 fiscal year.
The team had its lowest attendance at 290,000 and lowest operating revenue with $4.89 million. All of those exceed projections when the city council approved Riverwalk Stadium's construction in 2002.
For those counting every penny, the team has paid $3,525,525.52 in rent and has collected $28,559,391.58 in revenue in those areas where the city receives a share for rent.
