Orioles non-tender Montgomery's Bass

The Baltimore Orioles did not tender a contract offer to pitcher Brian Bass, a Montgomery native, by Saturday's deadline. Bass was 5-3 with a 4.90 ERA in 48 appearances for the O's this year.
