City helps Biscuits with new scoreboard

The city, which gave up ownership right to the scoreboard in January 2009, has "helped" the team buy a new one, Mayor Todd Strange said.

No word yet if they renegotiated the renegotiated lease to give the city back some of the rent concessions made three years ago.
