What better way to mark the end of the Biscuits' home schedule than having the tarp on the field? A little thundershower just expressed its remorse over the end of another summer.
The rain is down to a sprinkle and the grounds crew appears to be mustering its forces to pull the tarp. The grounds crew already gathered the strength to paint "Thank you fans" in front of each dugout.
rThe Biscuits are scheduled to have an on-field autograph session after tonight's finale with the Carolina Mudcats.
rThe Southern League started its off-the-field awards today. Tennessee's Nick Frangella was named the top trainer, Jacksonville's Ed Attalla the top groundskeeper and Mississippi's Destin Smith the best visiting clubhouse manager.
