The Atlanta Braves, since the Montgomery area is in "Braves country," are again going to make the city part of their annual preseason caravan. (There are Biscuits fans who take umbrage to the Braves' position in favor of Tampa Bay.)
The specific participants will be announced later, but the Braves will appear at Academy Sports in Eastchase from noon-1:30 p.m. Jan. 29. They'll also be at the Academy Sports in Auburn from 3-4:30 p.m. that day.
