Who deserves flowers for April showers?

The BCS/RPI standings recognize those Rays minor leaguers who had good days during April, but who in the organization had the best month?

Pick a hitter and a pitcher. I've listed a few players below whose stat lines jumped out, but let me know who else should be considered.
