Mayo Acosta hit a two-run home run in the 11th inning to lift the Biscuits to a 6-5 win at Mobile on Thursday. The Biscuits forced extra innings by tying it in the eighth when Todd Glaesmann doubled home Shawn O'Malley.
The BayBears scored in the bottom of the 11th and had two runners on base when Montgomery recorded the final out.
