Huntsville Mayor Loretta Spencer will present the Stars "a token for good luck" before Game 3 of the championship series at Huntsville's Joe Davis Stadium.
Montgomery Mayor Bobby Bright only declared Wednesday as Biscuit Day in the city, but has yet to "cough up" any good luck token of his appreciation.
