Rays cut Delaney to create Moore space

Reliever Rob Delaney was the 40-man sacrifice so the Rays could add Matt Moore.

Delaney had a 1.86 ERA in 50 games at Durham this year, though he allowed 12 of 23 inherited runners to score. The right-hander, who turned 27 last week, made four appearances with the Rays.
