Wetumpka's Reggie Golden of the Boise Hawks was the Northwest League's top hitter for the season's final week.
Golden was 9-for-23 with four home runs and 11 RBIs in his last six games. He finished with a .242 average, seven homers and 39 RBIs in 64 games.
His surge helped Boise reach the playoffs. The Hawks lost the best-of-3 series opener Monday and play Tri-Cities tonight.
