Pitcher Juan Salas, with the Biscuits on a rehab stop after being suspended for a performance-enhancing substance, is moving up to Durham.
The move signals Salas won't rejoin the Devil Rays when he's eligible to return to the majors Tuesday. Salas drew a 50-game suspension in May after testing positive for a performance-enhancing substance.
Salas pitched in only two games for the Biscuits and allowed four runs on four hits and two walks in 1 1/3 innings.

Did he ever talk on the record about his Suspension?
No, he declined any comment about the suspension and said he's moving ahead and not looking back.
I tried to explain how that would be read as an admission and that he'll be asked repeatedly when he gets to the big leagues.
He wasn't a boor about it. He's never been unfriendly toward me.
