Stephen Vogt, after a three-hit Friday left him with a .342 average, has "essentially clinched" the Florida State League batting crown, the Charlotte Stone Crabs say.
Vogt has a 20-point lead over Brevard County's Erik Komatsu with two games to play.
So, a batting champ, a wins leader (Joe Cruz) and a strikeout maestro (Matt Moore) are due to be Biscuits in 2011.
