Hellickson sprains shoulder muscle

Jeremy Hellickson suffered a mild sprain of a shoulder muscle (the supraspinatus) and will likely miss one start.

He said he felt discomfort on a throw to first and told Montgomery's staff about it at the end of the inning. The bullpen immediately started warming up.

"I told them it didn't feel right on the pickoff," Hellickson said. "They made the decision to take me out. I didn't know what it was, but there was a little discomfort in there."
