Suns' Santos continues hot start

Can the Biscuits at least claim to have helped with this?

Suns right-hander Jarrett Santos won the Southern League's weekly pitching award after throwing six shutout innings of three-hit ball Thursday against Mobile. Santos had five no-hit innings vs. the Biscuits in his first start April 25, which officially doesn't count toward today's award. This year, Santos has thrown 21 scoreless innings, allowing five hits and three walks.

Also, Mobile's Cyle Hankerd won the hitter's award. He was 15-for-22 with 10 RBIs, five doubles, three home runs and six runs scored last week. Hankerd leads the league in hitting and slugging percentage.
