Pitcher Heath Rollins has been demoted from Triple-A Durham and infielder Omar Luna activated to fill Montgomery's open roster spots.
Rollins made a lengthy stay in major-league spring training, but that didn'( lead to a good start at Durham. He was 0-2 with a 5.40 ERA -- that's after not allowing a run in his last four appearances. Rollins spent the last two seasons with Montgomery.
