Wheeler, Rays reach terms, avoid arbitration

Dan Wheeler
and the Tampa Bay Rays have reached terms on a one-year contract and won't go to an arbitration hearing, the Rays announced today. Wheeler came to Tampa Bay from the Astros last July and had a 5.76 ERA in 25 innings.
