Mike Sheridan drew a bases-loaded walk to bring in the winning run in the Biscuits' 4-3, 10 inning victory over the Tennessee Smokies on Saturday.
Sheridan was behind in the count 0-2 before taking a walk from Casey Harman that forced in Brett Nommensen. Nommensen, in his first game this season with Montgomery, hit a one-out double. A wild pitch while giving an intentional walk led to two straight free passes that brought up Sheridan.
Montgomery's Kyeong Kang hit a two-run home run to cap a three-run sixth inning that made it 3-3. Ryan Garko grounded out to bring in the first run.
