Friday's Rays roundup

Gwinnett 5, Bulls 0
Stephen Vogt
was 2-for-4 in his debut. John Matulia singled and walked. Andy Sonnanstine gave up three earned runs over eight innings.

Tampa 6, Stone Crabs 5 (14)
Hak-Ju Lee
tripled and walked twice. Tyler Bortnick walked and was hit twice. Reid Fronk singled and walked twice. Mike Jarman threw four shutout extra innings.

Lake County 9, Hot Rods 7
Cody Rogers
homered, singled, walked, erred and scored twice. Steve Tinoco was 3-for-4 with an HBP, an RBI and two runs scored. Each also registered an outfield assist. Phil Wunderlich hit a solo home run. Nick Schwaner doubled, walked, stole and knocked in two runs. Enny Romero threw just three innings (hmmm) and gave up four runs on six hits and no walks.

Renegades 9, Auburn 1
Andrew Bellatti
threw five shutout innings, with two hits allowed, one walk and six strikeouts. Craige Lyerly hit a three-run home run, singled, walked, stole and scored twice. Juniel Querecuto had two singles, a walk, a steal, an RBI and a run scored. Jeff Malm scored twice and knocked in a run.

Pulaski 4, P-Rays 3
Cameron Seitzer
hit a solo home run, singled and was plunked. Jake DePew had two RBIs. Drew Vettleson singled and walked.

GCL Orioles 5, Rays 1
James Harris
doubled, singled, stole and erred. Omar Narvaez singled, walked and scored.
