Bulls 4, Rochester 1Dan Johnson hit a two-run home run in the eighth. Felipe Lopez was 3-for-4 with a run scored and an RBI. Ryan Reid threw 3 2/3 innings in a spot start. Lance Cormier threw 2 1/3 shutout innings.
Stone Crabs 9, Lakeland 1Alex Colome threw six innings, allowing one run on three hits. Deivis Mavarez followed with three shutout innings. Brett Nommensen was 3-for-4 with a double, two-run home run, three RBIs and two runs scored.
Hot Rods 6, Quad Cities 0C.J. Riefenhauser faced the minimum for five innings, allowing one hit, walking none and striking out five. Julio Cedeno had two RBIs and Derek Dietrich scored twice.
Connecticut 8, Renegades 3
Chris Winder singled twice, walked twice, stole and scored. Matt Rice hit a solo home run and had two RBIs.
Johnson City 4, Princeton Rays 1
Ryan Brett tripled and walked. Ian Kendall gave up two runs on three hits over five innings.
GCL Rays 12, Red Sox 2Ariel Soriano doubled, walked twice, scored twice and had an RBI. James Harris was 3-for-5 with three runs scored. Cesar Perez had three RBIs. Bruedlin Suero gave up one run in five innings.
