Wednesday's Rays playoff roundup

Bulls 2, Indianapolis 0
Jake Odorizzi allowed one hit with nine strikeouts over seven innings in the best-of-5 series opener. Jeff Beliveau and Kirby Yates finished a two-hitter. In the eighth, Tim Beckham singled home Kevin Kiermaier and scored on a Vince Belnome single.

Stone Crabs 2, Fort Myers 1 (10)
Richie Shaffer and Kes Carter scored on 10th-inning wild pitches and Charlotte finished a two-game playoff series sweep. Dylan Floro tossed eight shutout innings, giving up five hits with one walk and 12 groundball outs. The Stone Crabs will play either Dunedin or Daytona in the finals starting Friday.

Fort Wayne 6, Hot Rods 1
In the first eight innings, the Hot Rods had just one hit (a Marty Gantt single in the second) and two walks (Tommy Coyle and Tyler Goeddel). They added four walks in the ninth, including one by Goeddel with the bases loaded. Jeff Ames gave up four earned runs in five-plus innings.
