The Biscuits scored three runs in the ninth inning to beat the Tennessee Smokies 4-3 on Tuesday.
Cameron Seitzer hit a two-run double to tie it and scored on a Riccio Torrez single to lift Montgomery to a come-from-behind victory.
Tuesday marked just the 15th time in the team's nine-plus seasons that it won when trailing after eight innings. The Biscuits were 0-7 this year.
Robby Price drew a leadoff walk and Mikie Mahtook doubled to bring up Seitzer. The rally came off Haleyville native Trey McNutt, who is in his third full Southern League season.
Tennessee's Johermyn Chavez doubled to start the bottom of the ninth and moved to third on a one-out passed ball by Mark Thomas. C.J. Riefenhauser replaced Juan Sandoval, struck out Rubi Silva and got Elliot Soto to ground out to end the game.
