Thursday's minor-league Rays roundup

Norfolk 4, Bulls 3
Matt Joyce had all three RBIs, all with two outs, with a run-scoring single in the fourth and a two-run double in the sixth. Carlos Hernandez surrendered three runs in the first. Julio DePaula took the loss on an unearned run in the bottom of the sixth.

Mobile 6, Biscuits 1
Matt Spring and Rhyne Hughes doubled for the Biscuits, who totaled four hits and have 13 hits in their last three games. Mobile's Bryan Augenstein (3-0) allowed one run over seven innings and saw his ERA soar to 0.47.

Stone Crabs 2, Sarasota 1
David Newmann allowed four hits and four walks over six innings for his first professional victory. He gave up a first-inning run. Matt Gorgen threw two hitless innings for his third save.

Hot Rods 5, West Virginia 1
Frank De Los Santos threw five shutout innings and Henry Wrigley was 3-for-4 with two doubles. Wrigley is 7-for-12 with a home run and three doubles in the last three games. De Los Santos had five hits, one walk and three strikeouts.
