Price wins Biscuit Showdown with Talbot

David Price outdueled Mitch Talbot tonight in Tampa Bay's 6-3 win at Cleveland. Price allowed three runs over seven innings to improve to 13-5. Talbot surrendered five runs in 5 2/3 innings and fell to 8-9. The Rays had lost 18 straight games at Cleveland, dating to Sept. 29, 2005.
