The Jackson Generals swept the Southern League's weekly awards.
Infielder Nick Franklin was the top hitter after an 11-for-27 week that included six extra-base hits and six RBIs. For the season, Franklin has a .345 average -- best in the league by 30 points.
Right-hander Danny Hultzen was the top pitcher for a 2-0, 11 2/3-shutout inning week. He gave up just seven hits with five walks and 11 strikeouts. In 11 starts, Hultzen is 6-3 with a league-best 1.44 ERA.
