Kevin Kiermaier left after one at-bat (??). Brandon Allen homered. Eliazer Suero threw three shutout innings. C.J. Riefenhauser surrendered six runs on four hits and five walks in 4 1/3 innings.
Dayton 6, Hot Rods 2
Ryan Brett homered, singled and walked. Joel Caminero singled and walked.
