Right-handed reliever Matt Ramsey has been promoted from the Rays' extended spring program to low-Class A Bowling Green.
That follows left-hander Shay Crawford's move from the Hot Rods to high-Class A Charlotte, which followed Andrew Bellatti's move to the Biscuits, which followed Albert Suarez's move to Montgomery's disabled list.
(Ramsey is a former Tennessee Vol, and I hear they're usually not welcome in the state of Kentucky.)
