Stone Crabs 4, Brandenton 3 (10)Kyeong Kang singled home Richie Shaffer with the winning run. Kes Carter singled in Hector Guevara to tie it in the ninth. Kang also tripled and walked twice. Eliazer Suero and Andrew Bellatti each gave up one hit over three shutout innings. Bellatti had five strikeouts.
Hot Rods 10, Lansing 1No. 8 hitter Marty Gantt hit three singles, walked twice, scored twice and had two RBIs. No. 9 Ben Kline doubled, singled twice, had three RBIs and scored. Luke Maile singled, walked twice and scored thrice. Blake Snell struck out nine over 4 2/3 innings.
