Durham outfielders Desmond Jennings and Brandon Guyer and infielder Russ Canzler were named to the International League team today for the Triple-A All-Star Game, which is Wednesday in Salt Lake City.
Guyer and Canzler were elected to the team. Jennings, the Southern League's most valuable player for the Biscuits in 2009, was selected.
Guyer has a Bulls-best .317 average, 10 home runs and 44 RBIs. He was part of the Matt Garza trade in the offseason. Canzler, who signed as a minor league free agent, is hitting .273 with eight homers and 42 RBIs.
Jennings, a native Alabamian, leads the team with 54 runs scored and 15 stolen bases. He's hitting .279 with 10 homers and 33 RBIs.
