Durham pitcher Jeff Niemann isn't going to the Triple-A All-Star Game because he, like Biscuits third baseman Evan Longoria, is playing in Sunday's Futures Game.
Outfielder Justin Ruggiano will fill Niemann's spot in Wednesday's Class AAA game, which is in Albuquerque.
