Left-handed pitcher Jake McGee's return from Tommy John surgery has been pushed back a month due to forearm tightness.
McGee said in spring training that his rehab schedule ran through the end of May. Now, it runs through June 26.
"I hope to be throwing three innings by then," McGee said Sunday from Port Charlotte, Fla.
McGee, one of Tampa Bay's top prospects, was with the Biscuits when he suffered the injury. He last pitched in a game June 22, 2008.
