Biscuits pitching coach Bill Moloney, who will return to the team when he's ready after being mugged and shot in the left thigh Monday, said he's received "numerous" calls from friends and well-wishers.
He says he's "doing OK, getting better," though he's still on crutches and resting.
“It's been nice to hear from everyone, but I'd rather have them call me just to say, 'Hi,'” Moloney said. “People have been wonderful, which is nice.”
