Tyler Pastornicky's infield single brought home Jordan Kreke with the go-ahead run in the ninth inning of the Mississippi Braves' 3-2 win over the Biscuits on Sunday.
Braves starter Randall Delgado carried a shutout into the eighth inning before Montgomery tied it.
Kyeong Kang's second home run led off the eighth and chased Delgado. With two outs, Tim Beckham doubled off reliever Benino Pruneda and scored on Stephen Vogt's opposite-field single to left.
