Biscuits pitcher Joe Cruz "slept amazing" on Thursday night after he took a shutout into the seventh inning of Montgomery's 6-2 win over Chattanooga. Cruz had struggled mightily over the season's first month before Thursday's victory.
"It was a good night all around, real relaxing," Cruz said. "I put all of my heart in it, just like I do every outing, but I did what I know how to do."
