Chris Carter doubled twice and had two RBIs. Jose Lobaton had two hits, including a solo home run, and is hitting .349. Ray Olmedo reached three times. Ryan Reid threw two perfect innings of relief. Dane De La Rosa, who had allowed two runs all season, gave up five in two innings.

Omar Bencomo and Austin Hubbard each threw two innings of shutout relief. Starter C.J. Riefenhauser worked just four innings. He allowed two runs on four hits, two walks and seven strikeouts. Kevin Kiermaier reached three times and stole a base.
