Downs update: He's out of ICU, in private room

Biscuits pitcher Darin Downs is out of intensive care and is in a private room at Birmingham's St. Vincent's Hospital, according to a source close to the situation. Downs is walking and talking on his own. His mom, who goes by Patty, and his fiancee are with him.
