All-Star experienced what Downs is going through

Six-time All-Star stopper Billy Wagner empathizes with Biscuits pitcher Darin Downs and Dodgers pitcher Hiroki Kuroda, also hit recently.

Wagner was hit by a line drive in 1998 and shared his memories with FanHouse.

"The vertigo was the worst. Man, I didn't have headaches. I just couldn't walk. My balance was off. And every time you'd go to eat, you'd throw up."
