All six rosters for the Arizona Fall League are out. We already know that Tampa Bay's players will don the gear of the Phoenix Desert Dogs (with Stephen Strasburg as their teammate).
Biscuits second baseman Cody Cipriano is listed as an outfielder, but that apparently is a typo. Cipriano said he's never played outfield and hasn't been told of any switch.
Other players noteworthy to me ...
rShortstop Carlos Triunfel, who broke his leg at Riverwalk in April, will be a member of the Peoria Javelinas.
rFirst baseman Brandon Allen, formerly of the Barons and now with the Diamondbacks, and Mobile shortstop Pedro Ciriaco are Scottsdale Scorpions.
rPitchers Josh Butler and Travis Schlichting will also be Javelinas. Both are former property of the Tampa Bay Rays.
rHeck, half the Southern League will be Javelinas: Dayan Viciedo, Jordan Danks, C.J. Rutherford, Taylor Green, Josh Fields. The list goes on and on. The Dodgers, Mariners, White Sox and Brewers are assigned to the Javelinas.
rMississippi's three biggest names -- pitcher Craig Kimbrel, infielder Freddie Freeman and star-to-be Jason Heyward -- will be Peoria Saguaros.
