The Durham Bulls are below the minor-league average when it comes to a family of four attending a game, according to a team release.
Using Team Marketing Report's Fan Cost Index formula, Minor League Baseball released its averages today -- $57.70 for its 160 teams with Triple-A averaging $67.77, Double-A $57.47 and Class A $57.44.
A family of four will need $54 for a Durham game. That includes two adult tickets, two child tickets, four hot dogs, two carbonated beverages, two beers, a program and parking.
The Biscuits are looking into what their number is and checking how Minor League Baseball compiled the survey. Minor League Baseball said it does not release the data on a team-by-team basis or even by league, but each team can release their number if they wish.
