The Rays have released infielder
Eli Sonoqui, who was with Bowling Green. Also, Hot Rods infielder
Julio Cedeno went on the disabled list with vertigo. Sonoqui was hitting .238 in 24 games. Cedeno, who has a .208 average in 57 games, hasn't played since Wednesday.
