Monday's Rays roundup

Daytona 5, Stone Crabs 2 (Game 1)
Mark Thomas
had two of Charlotte's four hits. Jake Thompson worked five innings with 10 hits and four earned runs.

Daytona 2, Stone Crabs 1 (Game 2)
Omar Luna
and Dustin Biell each had two hits. Luna singled in Biell, who had doubled, in the sixth. Kyle Lobstein threw a complete game with nine hits allowed, no walks and six strikeouts.

West Michigan 4, Hot Rods 2
Steve Tinoco
had two hits, a walk and a run. Robby Price walked twice and doubled.

Renegades 6, Lowell 5
Chris Winder
singled, stole, walked three times and scored twice. He and Raymond Church scored on a seventh-inning error to put Hudson Valley ahead. Kyle Holloway hit a two-run home run in the first inning.

GCL Twins 2, Rays 0
Brandon Martin
and Granden Goetzman doubled for the Rays' hits. Goetzman and Omar Narvaez walked for the Rays' other baserunners. Daniel Bream threw three shutout innings.
