Saturday's Rays roundup

Charlotte at Bulls
Rained out.

Stone Crabs 5, Tampa 3 (11)
Omar Luna
hit an RBI single and Ty Morrison took a bases-loaded HBP in the 11th. Mark Thomas tied it with a pinch-hit single with two outs in the ninth. Mike Sheridan walked twice and scored twice. Alex Koronis gave up three runs (one earned) in six innings. Josh Satow threw three shutout innings, allowing four hits. Tyler Bortnick singled, walked and stole.

Hot Rods 9, Dayton 3
Phil Wunderlich
doubled twice and had five RBIs. Keith Castillo singled, walked twice and scored twice. Robby Price singled, tripled, walked and scored. Chris Rearick threw three no-hit innings.

Williamsport 4, Renegades 1
Craige Lyerly
singled twice, stole and knocked in Jeff Malm, who singled and walked. Parker Markel surrendered two runs in five innings and watched his ERA soar to 0.89.

Greeneville 9, P-Rays 5
Drew Vettleson
was 4-for-5 with two doubles, two RBIs and a steal. Ryan Brett doubled, homered, stole twice, had two RBIs and scored twice. Josh Sale doubled, walked twice and scored. Reinaldo Lopez's 5 1/3 innings included three hits, four walks and two runs (one earned).

GCL Rays 4, Orioles 3 (10)
Roberto Gomez
threw five no-hit, no-walk innings and struck out four. Todd Glaesmann had two singles, an HBP and three runs scored. Brandon Choate doubled and walked. Theron Geith blew a save and improved to 4-0.
