Grayson Garvin gave up two runs in five innings, both in the fifth, on three hits and a walk. C.J. Riefenhauser tossed four shutout innings, allowing two hits and walking two. Ty Morrison threw out two runners at second. The Crabs totaled four hits and a walk.
Hot Rods 2, Great Lakes 1Jake Hager hit a two-run double with two outs in the bottom of the ninth. Bowling Green had two hits in the first eight innings. Reliever Jason McEachern threw three no-hit innings and walked one. Starter Jake Floethe threw six innings, allowing an unearned run on three hits.
