Sisk demoted to injury-riddled Vero

Biscuits infielder Aaron Sisk has been demoted to Vero Beach after Vero lost another player to injury.

Shortstop Neil Walton was hit by a pitch Sunday and fractured his wrist, farm director Mitch Lukevics said. Vero was already dealing with a limited roster because outfielder Chris Cunningham is out with a hand injury. He's expected to miss about a week.

Without Sisk, Vero would have only one position player on its bench. Without Sisk, the Biscuits have 23 players, one less than the Southern League's limit.
